Online Services : Refill Prescriptions

Thank you for choosing the UAP Pharmacy. We look forward to working with you to maintain your health today and in the future. The UAP Clinic Pharmacy online prescription refill system has been updated and is better then ever! Patients can now create an online account that will allow him/her to request a refill, view the status of the refill and receive an e-mail or text message when the refill is ready to be picked up. If you prefer not to create an account simply fill in your last name and prescription number in the required fields. To get started click on the link below. An online tutorial to guide you through the process is available by clicking on HELP at the top of the RX Refill Screen. Please contact the pharmacy staff to add text message and e-mail notifications to your profile.

The online account also allows access to the pharmacy medication profile which can be viewed and even printed. A "pocket profile" can also be printed with current physician information, prescribed medications for the last 6 months, allergy information and prescription insurance information.
