The vision of UAP Clinic is to become the preferred provider of primary and specialty care to residents of western Indiana and eastern Illinois.

The mission of UAP Clinic is to enhance the health of the community by providing the services of a diverse group of medical specialists easily accessible to the residents of the Wabash Valley.
