About Us: History of UAP Clinic

Since 1916, the physicians and staff of UAP Clinic have been dedicated to providing personal, comprehensive and innovative healthcare to the Wabash Valley. Our commitment to the community is strong and we are delighted to be the provider of choice in the Wabash Valley.

UAP Clinic is a primary and specialty care medical practice. Our healthcare team, comprised of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician's assistants and more than 500 staff members, offers services 21 medical specialties. We provide care to patients working to maintain their health, others who are trying to control diabetes, patients who have suffered heart attacks and those who are being treated for various forms of cancer. We also help moms and dads welcome new members to their families and vaccinate our youngest patients against devastating diseases. Every year, we have over 250,000 patient visits throughout our clinic network.
